Air Compressor System

The ACS1220 Oil-Less Compressed Air System is designed to be used as the air supply for Thunder Scientific humidity generators. The ACS1220 consists of a vibration isolated oil-less rocking piston compressor, membrane style air dryer, and output regulator, all incorporated into a sound muffling cabinet. The ACS1220 is ideal for laboratory use because of its high-pressure capability, 100% duty cycle capability, low sound level of less than 70 decibels, and long service life.

The ACS1220 has a 3/4 HP oil-less air compressor and can run with a continuous pressure of 155 psiG at a flow rate of 20 Liters per minute. This system can run at a continuous duty of up to 1,000 hours before a minor maintenance service kit is required.

ORDERING INFORMATION
When ordering a new air compressor system, part number ACS1220, you will receive an air outlet hose, and a removable AC power cord, plus an ACS remote cable assembly, and the enclosure with an air compressor. If you already have a Model 1220 humidity generator, and you only need to order the air compressor system, here are the ordering part numbers. Use this part number for the 115 volts at 50/60Hz system, ACS1220-115, or if you need to order a high voltage air system, specify part this number ACS1220-230 for the 230 volts at 50/60Hz system.
